I had to laugh when I opened up today's mail and read this 'appreciation letter' from Atmos Energy. (click on the image to see a larger view). So, if I've got this right, Atmos paid for a designer's time to create this mailer, paid for the card stock and printing, and paid $.26 to mail this to me... all to tell me they're rewarding me for being a good customer with nothing. Hilarious.
